Information Architecture

Information Architecture is the process of organizing the structure and flow of the information presented on your site or in your documents.

The flow of information is important to ensure your visitors or readers correctly and easily discern your message. In web site design, an appropriate information flow helps your visitors easily navigate your site and understand what your product is. When developing documentation, a logical flow of information gets your readers up and running quickly and teaches them how to install or use your product.

As an Information Architect, I assist in developing the documents (your staff does the writing).

Rates depend upon the type, length, and display format of the documents required. Other rate variables include amount of research necessary to complete the project.
