Aside from my day job, I also create very simple web sites, custom forms, provide editorial and proofreading services, and I consult as an information architect. I know how to build a site or a document that your customers will find easy to navigate and understand. All they have to do is click a link and/or read...simple, right? Well, as a popular saying can be translated: "You can lead a customer to information, but you can't make him read it."
